Regarding the purchase of artwork, each piece is an individually created work of art and is not an industrially manufactured product. For this reason, preparation, shipping, and delivery times may be longer than for a conventional purchase.

Standard or non-express shipping may take approximately one month to arrive, depending on the destination, the shipping service, and any logistical delays. We recommend considering this timeframe before making your purchase.

If the artwork has not been received within three months of the shipping date, the buyer may request a refund of the amount paid, after verification of the shipment's status.

To track the purchase and maintain direct communication throughout the process, we will request a valid WhatsApp number and/or email address from the buyer.

Due to the artistic and non-industrial nature of the pieces, please understand that delivery times may be extended. We are committed to keeping the buyer informed and offering a solution if the artwork does not arrive within the established timeframe.
